We come to your property, walk the outside with you, and measure the roofline. You tell us what you like. We show you options. Then we give you one fixed price. No charge for the visit. No pressure to book.

We Install On Your Date
Once you approve the design, we schedule your install date. Returning customers pick first. On installation day, our crew arrives with everything pre-cut and ready. Most homes take one afternoon.

- We test every section before we pack up

We Handle The Rest
If anything goes dark during the season, call us. We come back and fix it at no charge. In January, we return, take everything down, and store it in our units until next year.

Questions About The Process
How far ahead should I book?
Most homeowners book between September and early November. If you want a specific install date around Thanksgiving, book earlier. Returning customers always get first pick of dates.
Do I own the lights?
No, and that is intentional. We own the lights so we maintain them, replace bulbs, and store them. You never deal with a tangled bin in your garage or a strand that does not work next December.
What if I want changes after the first year?
Tell us before your install date. Many clients add trees or change colors in year two or three. We redesign based on what you learned last season.
Is there a warranty?
Every installation includes free in-season service. If a section goes out, we fix it. If a timer fails, we replace it. That coverage lasts the entire time the lights are up.
